Gerart is the client portal for Gerart Media, a design studio for consumer brands. If something is not working, write to us — a person answers.
Signing in
Accounts are created by Gerart Media for the people we work with — there is no public sign-up inside the app. If you were invited and cannot get in, tell us the email address you were invited with and we will check it.
You can sign in at gerartmedia.com/client. Forgot your password? Use the “Forgot?” link on that screen.
Notifications
Turn them on under Notifications in the app. If your phone stops showing them, check that notifications are still allowed for Gerart in your device settings — iOS remembers that choice per app.
Files and deliveries
Everything the studio delivers lives in your Drive, organised in folders. Tap a file to preview it, and use Save to keep a copy on your device. Nothing is deleted without asking you.
Billing
Invoices and proposals are under Billing. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store card numbers. For a question about an amount, write to us and we will look at it with you.
Your data
What we collect and why is described in our Privacy Policy. To request a copy of your data, or its deletion, write to info@gerart.ai.
